Can I change my username?

Tips on changing your username

Your username will always be the email that we have on file for you. You can certainly change that but keep in mind it will change the address to which all iPEC information will be routed. When you change your username, your password will remain the same.

In order to change your username or email:

  • Click the Profile dropdown in the top right corner of your Hub
  • Select "Profile" 
  • Select "Edit Profile"
  • Edit your email
  • Save

If you receive an error message detailing reasons why this change cannot be performed, please submit a ticket through the Bot.
