Here is a brief overview of the 12 segments included in ELDS:
Introduction: The introduction gives a robust overview of Energy Leadership™, the benefits of the ELI assessment, and creates buy-in for the client to engage with the 12 segments of ELDS.
Segment 1: Program Planning—This segment helps your clients get crystal clear on what they REALLY want and then set goals in the short and long term to make that their reality. The Wheel of Life is in this segment.
Segment 2: The 7 Levels of Leadership—This segment creates a deeper awareness of the 7 Levels of Energy. After your client takes the ELI assessment, they’ll have a broad understanding of the energy levels and this segment creates the space for them to dive deeper into how they experience each level of energy in various aspects of their life.
Segment 3: Leadership Strengths and Gaps—Hiding in the third segment of the ELDS is the Ideal Image tool from LPT. Remember that one? This segment also helps your client identify their gifts, which is one of our High Potential Concepts at iPEC for high conscious living, “Know and Share Your Gift Freely.” Finally, this segment helps you and the client decide which segments to focus on moving forward. If you’ve ever had a client come to coaching not sure what to work on, this segment can reveal tons of possibilities.
Segment 4: Removing Barriers—This segment dives into the big 4 Energy Blocks. In other words, the GAILs. Similar to how you learned about the energy blocks in LPT, you can now use this segment to teach your clients about GAILs and build their awareness about their blocks too.
Most coaches do the first 4 foundational segments and then pick and choose from the next 8 as their client’s needs and goals dictate.
Segment 5: Emotional Intelligence—During this segment, you and your client will explore how they are managing theirs and others’ emotions. It contains valuable information on the three key aspects of emotional intelligence and shares strategies for increasing emotional intelligence.
Segment 6: Dynamic Communication—In this segment, clients work through listening and speaking skills. Included is an exercise that helps clients understand what’s behind theirs and others’ communications, and decide what changes they want to make in how they communicate and interact with others.
Segment 7: Influencing Others—This segment covers the skills and abilities needed to inspire others to success. It includes the energy/action model you learned about in your training and gives examples of how to use the energy/action model and the energetic sales process to get a buy-in.
Segment 8: Problem Solving—Within this segment, the familiar concept of the cycle of change is addressed. Clients will learn the five approaches for change and conflict management, as well as a high energy way to look at “problems.”
Segment 9: Productivity—In this segment, clients learn about a comprehensive decision-making model and the productivity cycle.
Segment 10: High Energy Relationships—Segment 10 covers how to create an anabolic team—another one of our High Potential Concepts—and how to enhance relationships and manage conflict.
Segment 11: Health and Wellness—This segment includes beliefs, values, and priorities around health and wellness and how it can help benefit the client.
Segment 12: Time Management/Balance—Included in this segment are beliefs, goals, strategies, and tactics around time management and balance.
