Do I need to save my Peer client's contact information or ask permission to share that information?

Peer client contact information guidance

If you choose to use your peer coaching hours or interview hours for an ACC or PCC accreditation through the ICF, you will need to obtain permission to share your client’s contact information with the ICF in order to apply for your chosen accreditation. When you enroll in the iPEC program, you consented to allow us to share your information with other students for educational purposes (like peer coaching). You, as a student, do not have the privilege to then share that information with ICF. The responsibility is entirely on you to ask permission to share your client’s information with the ICF. iPEC is able to verify the completion of program peer coaching hours, to the ICF (if coaching hours ever came into question), however we cannot release the names and contact information of your clients to the ICF for the purpose of accreditation.
