Peer coaching interviews and the ICF
Your 24 peer coaching hours would count as pro bono coaching hours toward the 100 coaching hour requirement for the ICF ACC credential. You can count the 2 peer clients as part of the 8 required.
Your coaching interviews would count as unpaid (pro bono) coaching hours. You can count these interview clients as part of your required clients. (Please note, you may only count 25 total pro bono hours accrued with iPEC if you are applying for an ACC credential).
Your 5 hours of ELI debriefing time does not count towards the 100 coaching-hour requirements for the ICF ACC or PCC credential. Although you use coaching skills within the debrief, it is not a coaching session. Primarily the coach is sharing information and educating the client on Energy Leadership which is not coaching.
