How iPEC handles client contact information
iPEC does not contact the clients you use on the coaching interviews, and contact information on these clients is kept in a secure database that follows GDPR rules. Be aware that if you choose to use your interview hours for an ACC, MCC or PCC accreditation through the ICF, you will need to obtain permission to share your client’s contact information with the ICF.
When you enroll in the iPEC program, you consented to us sharing your information with other students for educational purposes (like peer coaching). You, as a student, do not have the privilege to then share that information with ICF. The responsibility is entirely on you to ask permission to share your client’s information with the ICF. iPEC is able to verify the completion of program peer coaching hours, to the ICF (if coaching hours ever came into question), however we cannot release the names and contact information of your clients to the ICF for the purpose of accreditation.
