FAQs About ELI Assessments

Here's a list of some of the most common questions asked concerning ELI Assessments.

1. How Can I View the Assessments I Have Assigned? 

  • Navigate to your profile button in the upper-right corner of the Assessment Manager. 
  • Toggle between: 
  • Client View: See what your client can view, including their assessment status. 
  • Coach View: Access all items in your Assessment Manager, including assigned assessments and other administrative features. 

 

2. How Do I Add Logos to my Email Templates? 

  1. Click your profile button in the upper-right corner and select “Profile.” 
  2. Edit your contact information, business name, and upload your logo. 
    1. Tip: Use a file size in the 200-300 pixel range for the best results. 

 

3. How Can I Resend or Cancel ELI Assessment Invitations? 

  1. Go to “Manage Assessments” in the left-hand menu of the Assessment Manager. 
  2. In the “Assigned” tab, select the client you want to manage. 
  3. Choose from these options: 
    1. “Resend Invitation” to remind the client. 
    2. “Copy Link” to manually share the invitation link. 
    3. “Unassign” to cancel the invitation and return the assessment to your queue. 

4. How Do I View ELI Assessment Results? 

  1. Go to “View Assessment Reports” on the Home screen of the Assessment Manager. 
  2. Select the “Completed” tab at the top. 
  3. Click on the client whose results you want to view. 

 

5. What is the Recommended Age for Taking the ELI? 

There is no strict age recommendation for the ELI. Clients should have sufficient maturity and reading comprehension skills to understand the questions. 

  • Younger teens can benefit, though some questions (e.g., about career and finances) may not fully apply to them. 
  • These items will not affect the assessment score or overall outcomes.
