How do I change my email address or shipping address with iPEC?

Tips for changing your email or shipping address

If you would like to change your email address with us:

• Click on the Profile section in the upper right hand corner of your Hub.
• There you can change your email, shipping address, password and profile photo. 

Keep in mind, your email will be your username to log in to the Hub and Assessment Manager. It will also be the email that is associated with your ELI assessments if you become an ELI-MP. You will only want to email us with the email that you have registered in our system as using an alternative email to contact us may slow our response time and prevent you from receiving important emails.
