How many hours of coaching does ELDS include ?

When you utilize all elements of ELDS, you’ll have 51 hours worth of coaching sessions for your client (that’s nearly once a week for an entire year!) With the Coach’s Manual—used in partnership with a Client Kit—you’ll have 37 hours. By including just one ELI to kickoff your coaching relationship, you’ll have another 2 hours during the debrief, and the ELDS Express Kit includes 12 hours of additional coaching exercises, tips, and ideas to give your client a thorough, transformational year of coaching.
