I am receiving an error message when I try to download my digital materials.

Troubleshooting tips for downloading digital materials

If you are experiencing an error message when attempting to download digital materials you might try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Log out of the Hub and log back in, navigating the the materials page and attempt to download the links again
  • Refresh the materials page and attempt to download the links again
  • Do not try to open the digital links in another tab or "right click" on the digital links. This will create an error code.
  • Check your destination folder to see if the materials already downloaded.
