Managing Clients
Using the Manage Clients feature in the Assessment Manager.
To get to the manage clients tab you can click on “Manage Clients” right from the home screen.
After selecting managed clients, you will see two tabs for “Active” and “Archived”. Active is for any client you are currently working with and if you are no longer working with them, you can move them to the Archived tab by checking them off and clicking “archive” on the top right.
You can also search by “tags” that you can set up when adding new clients. Also within this page you can see multiple things like names, email addresses, account statuses, as well as Assessment status.
