Frequently Asked Questions regarding the Hub refresh:
Will all of my completed assignments still show up in the Hub?
Yes! All of your completed assignments will carry over to the refreshed Hub. You will see a green checkmark next to the assignments you have previously completed.
Will my coaching logs carry over to the refreshed Hub?
Yes! Your coaching logs will all be transferred to the refreshed Hub.
Will my login credentials be the same?
Login credentials for the refreshed Hub and Assignment Manager will remain the same.
What will I do if I can’t find something on the Hub?
The tutorial videos in the first box on your dashboard are a great place to start. If you are still stuck, check out the Help Center (articles will be updated over the next few weeks) for more information. Finally, if you still have questions feel free to start a ticket on the HubBot chat.
What if I see an error on the refreshed Hub?
We appreciate your input to help us make sure our refreshed Hub is in tip-top shape! If you see a broken link or are experiencing an error, please visit the HubBot chat and choose “Technology Issues with the Hub/ I would like to give feedback or suggest a correction with the Hub.” This will help us determine if the error is on our platform.
Will there be new material on the Hub?
Think of the old Hub, but better looking and more user-friendly and accessible. All of the same content that you had on your old Hub will be in the refreshed Hub.
Why does my Hub look different than other students’ or graduates’ Hub?
Your personal dashboard will be applicable to where you are in the training. While your dashboard will look the same as your cohorts’, other students and graduates may have a different dashboard than yours depending on where they are in the coach training journey.
Has the Assessment Manager changed?
The Assessment Manager has remained the same during the Hub refresh.
Where do I find my Module Location information now?
You can find your Module Location information on your dashboard page. Depending on where you are in the program, it will be labeled Box #3, Box # 7 or Box #11. You can also find the dates and locations of all three of your modules under the Training tab/Module Locations.
Where do I change my email or shipping address?
Please be sure to keep your email address and shipping address up to date in the profile section in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard.
Where are the Trainer, Mentor and Webinar surveys?
All of your optional Module, Mentor and Webinar surveys will be located in the middle box of your dashboard. Depending on where you are in the training, this box will be labeled Box #2, Box #6 or Box #10.
Where will I find Final Exam Instructions?
Once the following requirements have been met, you’ll be given instant access to the Final Exam Code and Submission details in Box #16 of your dashboard:
- All of the Coursework below has been completed and checked off.
- Your tuition is paid in full.
- 30 days have passed since attending Module III.
