Webinar format is different than meeting format you may be used to where you see and hear everyone on the call. In webinar format, you will only be able to see and hear the presenter(s) and see any slides that may be being shared on the screen.
If you can’t find this control, don’t worry. Features sometimes vary depending on what kind of device you’re on. As long as you can see and hear the presenter, you’re fine. However, if you have the ability on your specific device to switch between Gallery View and Speaker View, Speaker view provides the best experience.
In webinar format, you will not see the normal features you are used to seeing on Zoom. Don’t worry about this. You will have the needed controls if you are called upon in response to raising your hand to ask a live question.
When chatting, be sure you click on “All Panelists and Attendees” in the blue bubble in the chat box for everyone to see your message. Otherwise, only the Instructors will see your chat message.
To get credit for the webinar, you must complete the webinar evaluation in the Hub (you can do it right after the webinar-which is ideal- or later on when you have more time). Log in and click “My Training”. Then choose “Coach Training Program” and then navigate to the "Webinar" tab. There you will find your evaluation either below your current webinar viewing pane, or (if taking it later) at the bottom of the page within Webinar Resources, Recordings and Evaluations link.
