Improving the technical performance of the Hub
When connecting to an IPEC session we strongly recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari as we have seen better performance from these browsers.
Before accessing any iPEC communications or assessments, make sure to:
- Add @ipeccoaching.com to your safe senders list. Here is a guide to help you: Whitelist instructions for all systems.
- Contact your local IT department (if you are using a work address) about globally whitelisting any ipeccoaching.com domains. This is very important, as company firewalls can often block students from accessing our websites.
Here are some healthy practices if you run into any issues along the way:

- How to update your browser
- Double-check that you do not have any browser extensions running that may block certain website features.
Once you have cleared your cache and cookies, and updated your browser, be sure to log out of the Hub and back in to see refreshed content.
