Tips for logging in
If your password does not work on the Hub, first try logging out of your browser and then back in (Google Chrome and Firefox are excellent platforms to use with our student Hub). If your password still does not work, try emptying your cache and cookies on your browser by deleting your browsing history.
Delete your browsing data, cache and cookies on Chrome:
If you sync any type of data, like history or passwords, deleting it on your computer will delete it everywhere it's synced. It'll be removed from other devices and your Google Account.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More.
- Click More tools and Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove.
- Click Clear data.
