What is a 360 assessment?

The 360 Assessment is very similar to the self-assessment, but it’s also used to find out how others see your client—it’s a “360 degree” view.

In a nutshell, your client takes the ELI and then self-rates on a list of 36 leadership competencies. Then, others rate that person on those competencies.

The debrief process is mostly the same as the individual ELI, but with the 360, the client also receives information on how others perceive them, which creates some great conversations. If there’s a big gap in the way the client rates themselves and the way the people around rate them, it gives you a chance to explore what’s going on energetically. It’s also great to look at how different leadership competencies are related to energy.
