What is a Readiness Session?

Readiness Session Details

If a year or more has passed since you completed your Module III training, you will be required to have a Readiness Session. Because iPEC is an accredited coach training program through the ICF, we constantly update our curriculum to ensure alignment with current ICF requirements and best practices. This means that we may have updated our curriculum since you attended Module III. As such, before you take your final exam, we require that you have a Readiness Session with a mentor coach. The objective of this Readiness Session is to make sure you are up to date and fully prepared for your final exam, especially if you plan to continue on to an ACC, PCC, or MCC credential with the ICF. The Readiness Session will also allow your mentor to share additional resources and preparation options with you, if needed. Keep in mind, submitting the final exam within six months of the Readiness Session is highly recommended. Please note that there is a $75 fee for the Readiness Session, paid directly to the mentor for their time. Please reach out to Student Support on the HubBot chat to discuss scheduling and payment for this Readiness Session. Our goal is to set you up for success!
