What is a typical way to get started using ELDS with my client? (After getting buy-in, of course.)
Clients and the ELDS: Helpful Tips
ELDS is a structured program including 12 segments, organized for best client retention and utilization in your coaching practice. As a customizable coaching system, you can choose to coach your client through all segments of the program, or you can share individual segments with them based on their goals and needs.
For example, a client who continues to have challenges at work—late for meetings, distracted during the day, etc.—you may ask, "What do you think about doing some time management work from ELDS to begin to function at a higher level?" The program recommends at the top of each segment how many sessions it may take to complete and suggests ways to explore the concept with the client.
