Why am I not getting Student Support Emails?

Tips when you are not seeing emails from Student Support

If you think you are not receiving Student Support emails, always check your spam first. If you opted out of emails from iPEC in the past you will need to be opted back in before you will receive anything from Student Support.  Keep in mind that the address we use to contact you with, will be your contact for ALL iPEC communications. Always use your iPEC registered email when communicating with us as using more than one email can delay our response time to you.  

 

How to Whitelist Student Support emails

Below are instructions on how to whitelist our email addresses for email providers so our emails are not blocked or placed into SPAM. If you are using a work email address you may need to contact your local IT department and ask them to whitelist emails coming from the ipeccoaching.com domain.
