Why is my webinar slow and glitching?
Webinar tips
You should need no more than 30 or 40 Mbps of internet speed to stream efficiently. You may want to check the speed of your internet with a speed test, on your internet provider's website, to check if everything is working correctly or if you possibly need to upgrade your speed or view your webinars at an alternate location.
Additionally, you may want to try these suggestions to improve streaming speed:
- Turn Off Competing Devices.
- Delete Temporary Cache Files on your computer.
- Use an Ethernet Cable Instead of Wi-Fi with your hardware.
- Disable Hardware Acceleration in your Settings.
- Choose a Lower Video Resolution in your Settings.
