Certification Requirements (See Syllabus)

  1. Attendance, completion, and submission of all 10 online or live classes and associated homework via submitting your completed student workbook at the end of class 
  2. Attend all sessions in their entirety or make up coursework/credit hours as needed 
  3. Take the IDI Assessment and attend a debrief session 
  4. Complete and log 3 DEI coaching sessions (similar to the coaching interview requirement for CTP) 
  5. Complete the Capstone Project Report (instructions can be found on page 107 of your student workbook)
